The counseling services provided on this platform are offered by a certified pastoral counselor and marriage and family counselor with 17 years of experience as a crisis counselor. Please be advised that I am not a licensed counselor and do not provide legal advice, clinical, or therapeutic services. My role is to offer support and mental health advocacy within the scope of my certifications, following established guidelines. For any clinical or therapeutic needs, I will refer clients to qualified professionals. By engaging in these services, you acknowledge and agree that I cannot be held liable for any outcomes or decisions made based on our interactions.
Refund Policy -
At Hope and Healing with Amy Boles, we strive to provide quality counseling services and appreciate your understanding regarding our refund policy. 1. No Refunds: All payments for counseling sessions are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the advanced scheduling of appointments, which allows us to allocate time for other clients. 2. Rescheduling Appointments: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 3. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee, as we will not be able to fill the time slot.
